Terms & Conditions
Welcome to LuxFold Laundry Concierge. By accessing our website, subscribing to our services, or scheduling a pickup, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and LuxFold and to ensure a smooth, premium service experience.
1. Services
LuxFold provides scheduled laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery services. Services are offered on a weekly or monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
2. Pickup & Delivery
Customers must have laundry ready for pickup by 9:00 AM on their scheduled service day. Items not available by this time may not be serviced until the next scheduled pickup.
LuxFold is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability, incorrect addresses, access issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Bags & Property
LuxFold provides reusable service bags for customer use. These bags remain the property of LuxFold and are exchanged or retrieved at each service visit. Customers are responsible for keeping LuxFold bags in reasonable condition.
4. Weight Allowances & Overage
Each plan includes a weekly weight allowance. Laundry exceeding the plan limit will be billed at $3.00 per additional pound.
Weights are measured after sorting and prior to washing using commercial scales.
5. Hangers
Customers must provide their own hangers for any garments they wish to be returned on hangers. LuxFold does not supply hangers unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment & Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected plan. Payments may be processed through Wix Payments or other supported payment providers.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
7. Cancellations & Plan Changes
Customers may modify or cancel their subscription with at least 48 hours’ notice before their next scheduled pickup. Changes made after this period may apply to the following service cycle.
8. Garment Care & Liability
LuxFold follows industry-standard care procedures. Customers are responsible for notifying LuxFold of:

Delicate or special-care items

Items prone to bleeding, shrinking, or damage

Items with stains, damage, or loose buttons
LuxFold is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or manufacturer defects.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged item, LuxFold’s liability is limited to the fair market value of the item, not exceeding 10 times the service charge for that item.
10. Service Refusal
LuxFold reserves the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, heavily soiled with hazardous materials, or unsuitable for standard laundering.
11. Changes to Terms
LuxFold may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All laundry is sorted into whites and colors only. Colors are washed cold. Whites are washed warm. Additional separation is only done when dye bleed is obvious or requested.
