Refund Policy

LuxFold Laundry Concierge is committed to providing exceptional service. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

1. Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, you must notify LuxFold within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion:

  • Re-clean the affected items, or

  • Issue a partial or full credit for the affected portion of the service

 

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a service week has begun. However, if a scheduled pickup was missed or not completed due to an error on LuxFold’s part, you will receive a credit or refund for that service.

3. Overage Charges

Overage charges based on weight are non-refundable unless there was a documented weighing error.

4. Promotional Credits

Promotions, referral credits, and discount codes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or refunds.

5. Bag Replacement

If LuxFold bags are lost or damaged beyond normal wear, replacement fees may apply.

 

6. Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of service.
